Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that I collect is used exclusively for customer service and security. Our Guidelines for Safe Adventures
1. Service Agreement: By engaging the services of the Mistress North, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Dominatrix will provide a variety of BDSM and fetish services as mutually agreed upon, including but not limited to, impact play, restraint, and role-playing.
2. Payment: All services are pre-paid unless otherwise agreed. Payment is non-refundable and must be made in full before the session begins. Additional services or time extensions may incur extra charges, to be agreed upon before the service begins.
3. Safety and Health: Both parties agree to a safe word system to ensure comfort and safety. Mistress North reserves the right to end the session immediately if the safe word is invoked or if any behavior or request is deemed unsafe or harmful. Both parties are responsible for their own health and safety, and Mistress North is not liable for any injuries sustained during the session. All physical or mental health concerns were explained in your intake form to the extent of your knowledge.
4. Confidentiality: Mistress North agrees to keep all details of the session confidential, except as required by law. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding Mistress North's personal and professional life.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours if plane travel is involved) to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full and will receive no refund.
6. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to treat the Dominatrix with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, disrespect, or non-compliance with agreed-upon boundaries may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
7. Liability: Mistress North is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the session, unless due to gross negligence or intentional harm. Clients are responsible for any property damage that may occur.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes arising from these services will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
